Dear Member Reps,
For those representatives that feel it is required, I have pasted below a final notice regarding the upcoming ACSPRI Winter Program in Sydney and Perth. The Early Bird Deadline is this coming Wednesday 8th May, so I imagine that staff and students at many member organisations might appreciate a reminder while the cheaper rates are still available.
As usual, please feel free to amend the notice below as you see fit before copying and disseminating, and please feel free to send queries my way.
Many thanks as always for your support.
Best regards
Marty Lynch
Program Coordinator

Dear Staff
There is just under a week left to take advantage of discounted Early Bird Rates for the 2013 ACSPRI Winter Program.
Twenty-five five day courses are on offer across three weeks in Sydney and Perth; 24th June – 5th July at University of Technology Sydney and 15th – 19th July at University of Western Australia.
The Australian Consortium for Social and Political Research Inc (ACSPRI) is a not-for-profit organisation that has offered short courses in research methods, predominantly for staff and HDR students at its member institutions, for twenty-seven years. These courses are suitable for a wide range of researchers and cover a host of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis techniques of various levels and include training in a number of research-related software (e.g. SPSS, AMOS, Mplus, Nvivo, Stata, R).
Our organisation is an ACSPRI Member so bookings from staff and students are eligible for considerable discounts. Further early bird discounts are available for bookings that are completed and paid for 8th May, 2013. Up until this date, full time post graduate students pay only $1000 per course and other students and staff pay $1560, compared with the full rate of $3130.
Program information, a list of courses, prices, FAQs and the booking system are available at www.acspri.org.au/winterprogram2013. Queries can be forwarded to Marty Lynch (Program Coordinator) at winter2013@acspri.org.au.
Several courses are close to capacity so it is advisable to book soon if possible.
